University fees include course materials, tutorial support, use of the Online Study Centre where appropriate, general support from staff and entry to the examination at the end of the course.

Where students are following courses under arrangement with a local institution offering tutorial facilities, there may be some variation in the fees quoted to cover local administration costs.

Additional costs that will have to be paid include: the fees paid to local examination centres for the administration and invigilation of examinations; expenses such as telephone costs or postage incurred when communicating with University staff; and access to the internet to use the Online Study Centre.

Course materials are mailed as 'educational materials' but may still be subject to customs duties in your country of residence. In such cases, it is your responsibility to settle and duty charges. It is recommended that you check the status of imported educational materials with your country's customs authorities.
