Undergraduate

Bachelor of Laws (LLB)

Exemptions (automatic)

Exemptions are granted for up to four Intermediate subjects under Scheme A and Scheme B of the LLB. (There can be no exemptions from subjects under the Graduate Entry Routes).

You must make an application for subjects you have previously taken and passed to be considered for exemption, although you will not have to pay an exemption application fee. If you satisfy the conditions specified by the University, and have passed the correct subjects, the University will grant you exemption from up to four of the Intermediate subjects specified. The University will only be able to fully consider your exemption application after the University has received the necessary documentary evidence.

Details of the automatic exemptions which can be considered are given in the Prospectus (pdf file: 56 pages, 1.60MB)
